Super Springs has been manufacturing precision springs for over 40 years from our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility in Gurgaon, India. We produce Compression Springs, Torsion Springs, Extension Springs, Trampoline Springs, Drawbar Springs, and Octopus Springs for OEMs, brands, distributors and aftermarket businesses across 14 countries.

All springs are manufactured from spring steel wire in grades SM/DM and SH/DH, with Stainless Steel SS304 options available across our full range. Wire diameters range from 0.4 mm to 12 mm depending on the spring type, with outer diameters and free lengths fully customisable to your drawings or samples.

Materials & Grades
 

We work with spring steel wire in Grade SM/DM (medium carbon) and SH/DH (high carbon) as standard, along with SS304 stainless steel for corrosive or food-safe environments. All wire grades conform to Indian and international standards and are sourced from approved, consistent suppliers to ensure batch-to-batch repeatability.

Customisation
 

Every spring we manufacture can be specified to your exact requirements — wire diameter, outer diameter, free length, number of turns, end type and surface finish. Our in-house tool room and CNC spring forming machines allow us to move from prototype to bulk production without third-party tooling delays. Low MOQ is not a problem.
